Before you call us, please be advised that this is a defense firm. As a result, we do not sue DYFS or anyone. Since we do not handle any civil suits, we cannot provide advice, suggestions or even discuss in general a lawsuit against DYFS. Please also be advised that if DYFS has filed a court case against you, the case will go one for quite a while and it will cost some money. If DYFS has filed a court case against you, I will need at least $5000 to start the case. I do take all credit cards and if you are calling me before the fact-finding hearing, I can offer you a short payment plan (i.e. 90 days).

If DYFS is in your life but there is no actual court case, than my fees are generally less than $1000. Thus, it pays to call me early. My exact fees and rates vary depending upon the circumstances of your case. My consultations are always free, so call me to discuss your case and I will provide you with my fees and rates. Please be advised that a free consultation does not mean free legal advice. There is no way I can provide you with any meaningful advice after talking about your case for a few minutes. I prefer to discuss the case with you over the phone to determine if I can help you, how much it will cost and whether you can afford my fees. If we both decide to move forward, I can either take a payment over the phone and meet with you later, or meet with you at any one of my eight New Jersey offices.
